Apple Transcription has launched a new portal to make the client experience smoother and more streamlined.

The company has made the significant investment to cement its place at the forefront of the industry and to futureproof its operations.

Complete with a revamped layout, the portal allows users to upload their files quickly and simply as well as to easily download their final transcripts and view reports.

In addition, upon logging in, a dashboard is displayed for clients to see the status of all projects at a glance, with a function to request support built in for any queries.

The system also boasts enhanced security, building on the business’ enviable reputation for governance, which includes holding Cyber Essentials, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

We’re constantly looking at ways to improve the client experience, and we genuinely believe this portal will be a game changer.

We understand how busy our customers are, so to provide a solution that saves them time and effort is brilliant.

In addition to email notifications, users can request SMS updates on their transcriptions so urgent work can be efficiently flagged up.

Importantly, we won’t just operate behind this new system, and organisations can still speak with a human, with our team ready to provide support in a way that suits our clients best.

With access to the previous software now restricted as part of the transition, Apple Transcription emailed all customers in advance to advise of the change as well as provided useful step-by-step guides to assist with the move.

It works in sectors including legal, local authority, Government, emergency services, medical, and retail.

We first explored the new system five years ago, but as conversations started to pick up pace, Covid hit and we placed the project on the backburner.

Discussions were reignited about 18 months ago, and our deadline was to roll this out prior to the end of 2023, which we have achieved.

Initial feedback has been incredibly positive and we’re excited for more clients to create their accounts and use the portal so they can see how beneficial it will be for them.

The software accepts most audio and video file types up to 10Gb in size.  However, if the file type is showing as .cda or if you require assistance uploading, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
