No. Our UK-based transcription team of highly skilled and experienced, confidential legal and medical secretaries, editors and proofreaders create transcripts directly from your audio and video recordings.

Every time you call us, you’ll be speaking to a friendly member of the team – no recorded messages and no confusing options.  You will be notified of your main contacts but all team members will be familiar with your work for consistency.

To make things as straightforward as possible for you and to ensure you receive your transcripts on time every time, we have just three rates: Urgent (1 working day); Expedited (2 working days); Standard (5 to 10 working days), no matter how many speakers or whether your recordings are audio or video.

Simple – you enter our portal using your unique login details and upload your recording to our system – we’ll be happy to stay on the line and talk you through the process.

None whatsoever.  We’ll send you our simple user instructions or, if you prefer, call you to talk you through the login and upload process – you’ll master it in minutes.

We haven’t yet found a sound or video recording we can’t handle.  The most popular recordings for transcription tend to be: WAV, MP3, WMA, MKV, VOB, VOC, MP4, and our secure online transcription system accepts files of up to 10Gb.

Our usual turnaround times are 48-hour or 5-10 days. However, if you have a particular timescale, we always aim to meet this for you.

With ISO9001, our quality standards are extremely high and we aim for 99.8% accuracy as an absolute minimum.

With ISO27001, Cyber Essentials and a robust, secure online system that has end-to-end encryption and pseudonymisation, you can rest assured your data is safe. Ask for a copy of our services and data security document.

Once transcription has been completed, you’ll receive a notification email/text with a link to download your transcript from our secure online system.

Your document will be in MS Word format which can also be converted to a PDF, if required. We’ll use your own style and templates or create these on your behalf.

Of course! As part of our work providing transcripts as evidential material for use in the courts, we are familiar with non-disclosure and confidentiality statements and are happy to complete, sign and return these as required.

For your first order, we send you our bank details for prepayment by online transfer. Thereafter, it’s payment on invoice, which will be emailed to you, and our terms are 30 days.
